Process of plastination.

1,Embalming and dissection. this is first step, we should have the material of plastination, and put the formalin into the body through the arteries and the formalin will kill all the bacteria and stop the decay of the tissue. and then we can dissect it by tools, and then the skin, fat and connective tissue is removed from the body and make preparation for the individual anatomical structure.

2. Removal body of water and fat. this is second step, we can put the specimens into the acetone bath, because the acetone can dissolved the body of water and soluble fats.

3. Forced impregnation. This is the process of replace acetone and reactive polymer penetrate every single cell. the specimens with acetone is immersed in a reactive polymer solution and placed in vacuum chamber and then the vacuum will remove the acetone from the specimens and helps the polymer penetrate the last cell.

4. Positioning. After the impregnation, the specimens is positioned as your desired, such as dancing , playing basketball etc. every signal anatomical structure is aligned and fixed with the help of needles, clamps, foam blocks and wires.

5. Harden.the specimens will be harden and done with gas, light or heat,

6, Trim. you will trim the useless parts and make it more perfect and real and beautiful.

7, Colored. We can colored the specimens with the skin color or red color and looks it more natural.

The dynamic station of our company

 From April, 1st, 2014 to April, 4th, 2014, we attended Germanyinternational laboratories, analytical instruments and biological technology exhibition.

The exhibition was hold in New Trade Fair Centre and it was hold by Frank in Beijing international exhibition co., LTD .  It had a close relationship with scientist, lecturer, and decision maker, medical professionals, chemists, pharmacist in the field of research, health and industry.

Among the exhibition, there were 1026 exhibitors, who came from 34 countries, such as,England,Italy,France,Austria,Switzerland.

The exhibition was mainly contained with the following sections, analysis field, Life science and biotechnology field, Measurement test and quality control field, laboratory technology field

The exhibition is hold every two years. We will visit it every once.

The story in Guangzhou  Medical University

On July 5, 2015, I paid a visit to Ms. Zhou, who is a medical professor in Guangzhou Medical University.

After greeting, Ms. Zhou showed me around their campus, especially their laboratory. Between our talking, I introduced our company to Ms. Zhou, and I told her our main products, such as, plastinated specimens, casting specimens, embedded specimens, skeleton specimens, anatomical model, pathological and puncture and brain abscess.

Then, Ms. Zhou expressed to me that they were in need of plastinated specimens, but they were worried about the quality of the products. I answered her products are handmade without hesitation.  I ensured her we will show them products . We will not delivery goods until they are satisfied with them. And the product will delivery 3 months after the order confirmed. The plastinated specimens are packed in cartons. I also told her we will trouble them all the time to communicate some things.

At last, we came to an agreement that we will make the product as what they request.
